, Eng. Ihab is the founder of
the first as think tank team that specialize in business ideas
for small business sector , he founded 3T in jan 99 with 3
partners .
Mr.Ihab
is Multi Disciplined Engineer was awarded a Bachelor of
Civil Engineering degree from Al-Minia University in In
May of 1990, after his graduation he lead many managerial
positions in multinational companies , Advisor for the cabint
of ministeries (social fund for development )

oct. of 1994 he modified the vw motor

of Ideas
In
sept of 1996. Mr.ihab authored his first book “The Power
of Ideas “ by publisher Rosa Al-youssef this book was
the first ignition to introduce his ideas for the business
community , and because of his book he signed a contract with
the biggest organization that support small business in Egypt
SFD to lead a national program called “ business ideas bank
“ to provide young entrepreneurs with new ideas.
In
January of 1997 he started to work as a freelancer development
consultant for small & medium businesses in Egypt and
developed many franchising chains in Egypt .
In
1996, Mr.Ihab began his major research project “
business ideas bank “, in which he invested a
substantial
sum of money and effort to materialize his idea to initiate
business idea bank for young entrepreneurs .

Co-Founder
and serve as an executive manager, Director of the
Company for export business . His duties will include
preparing and negotiating the Company’s agreements,
contracts, and various Mr. Ihab Swedan was awarded a Bachelor
of Electrical engineering degree from Ain-Shams
University in

Arafa ,
Co-Founder
and serve as General consultant
for the company , he is professor at the Science Dept.
American university in Cairo , Dr. Arafa is a
National leader and he is the initiator of New
-Basaissa in Sinai , a
village in the desert based on immigration of the young people
in the crowded areas Dr. Arafa supervisied several successful
eco projects .

has a Ph.D. Degree in solid state physics from Cairo
University , He participated in developing the
idea of eco-communities

Awad ,
Dr Boshra Awad ,Co-Founder
and serve as General consultant
for the company , she is the chemistry professor at the
Girls Faculty Ain shams University , Dr. Boshra is
co-founder of New

Rahfouz
DR. Rashwan Rahfouz
joined 3T in jun99 as Co-Founder , he serve as
advisor for financial issues and international
relations , Dr.Rashwan graduat in Juli1971 from Universite de
freiburg , Switzerland facluty of law and social science , and
got his Ph.D in “ Technological Transfer and the growth of
the multinational corporation “
Dr.Rshwan
had top managerial positions in Misr America International
bank and Arab Investment bank as Credit Officer and Brach
Manager , and Recently he founded and leading his own
business as Chairman for United security stockbrockers S.A.E
